Ōku Nori is a hand roll counter and omakase bistro built around the relationship between chef and guest. Every piece is finished moments before it reaches you. Every course is a quiet conversation between fish, rice, and time.

The room is warm walnut and brushed brass under low amber light. The energy is unhurried. The standard is exacting.
